Meddler continues to tiptoe around adc balence

Riot and meddler continue to try to dodge the problems that bot lane pose to game balence in solo q. This includes overall power including being much stronger with 2 items then they should to late game power giving both high levels of burst and sustain damage. To macro problems such as if you bot lane loses tower early even if the other 3 team members are ahead I almost certainly lose the game. They need to come out and say directly they either support want adcs to be stronger and more important then all other roles in solo q or start bring either there mid game or late game more in lane with item and scaling changes as well as how crit works in general or allow tanks to tank them better in the later points of the game
