Need a good Blitzcrank support to finish this god damn quest.

I've gone tons of games without seeing Blitzcrank when I win. When I try to use Blitzcrank myself to finish the quest, we lose because lanes feed and I'm not in a carry role. Would appreciate a half decent Blitzcrank player to win a game with me.
