Looking for competent people to get to gold.

So, title says it all, really. I'm currently S2 (Got to my gold promos the other day, immediately got onto a losing streak until S2), and I'm looking for competent people to queue up with who I can reach gold with. Not looking for a carry, just people I can actually rely on and people who can actually play the game. I've been in silver for over 3,000 games, and have been in gold promos so many times, yet keep losing because of a rampaging Zed, or a fed Pantheon, or a fed Xin, or Vayne clicking people to death, or something stupid like that.

I main fill, so I can do any role, but my favorite is probably jungle (and I'm a super pro support, even though it bores me to tears).
