Seriously, when did league get hard?
Here's a concept that seem's completely lost in elo hell.
It's pretty common that you don't want your enemy to have kills. But did you know, that if you don't have deaths, they won't get kills? It sounds so simple. Because it is.. And yet. All day, everyday. My allies make my jaw drop. I see some horribad players that blow my mind and make me wonder why Riot doesn't just make ranked pay to play only already and clean up some of the thrash that litter the ranks. Everytime I think I've seen a new low, a challenger steps up and shows me the true meaning of feed.
As my rank goes up, my games get worse. Losses are not just losses. They are hopeless hyperfeeds that have no way of being stopped.
Somehow, when my allies are going over a death a minute. Time keeps going on and they cant catch on to the idea of just stop dying. Stop dying. Stop dying. When you are dead in well, you are not gaining gold/xp. You are not putting counter pressure. You are just feeding deadweight.
Hasn't anybody noticed that minions give gold? Why are you even trying to kill champions? Why do you even care that they exist? You have minoins that kill turrets for you.
I've played silver games. Some people get teamwork. Some people have good warding. Some people understand not to extend, and listen to warning pings.
In this low elo though.. it seems harder and harder to climb the closer I get to silver. Shockingly bad. I don't get it.
I've tried using english. ppl don't listen. I throw obvious pings to obvious danger, but watch my allies walk into it and die anyway.
I don't believe 1 person can carry this game. And I don't think a duo can consistently carry either. But it helps. I find that MMR loves to do this thing where if you make a climb, the first loss you take it takes 22 LP from you. Then +16 per win after that. And the more wins you go in a row, it puts you with more and more inexperienced players over time. So matchmaking system actually works against progressing players. Ppl can attest elo being a fair system, but I think it's a load of BS that does not translate into league. How hard would it be to track avg death times? If a player averages a death per 3 minutes played, he should not be matched with a player who averages 1 death per 8 minutes played. Person A is just going to mentally wear down player B, and consistently give his enemies undeserved gold just because this person has another 3 year learning curve before they can be compared to 5 year players.
I need more duos. I don't think league is at all hard in theory. Kill minions. Stay alive. Wait for your opportunities to strike. Watch for the times when you need to run.
I'm tired of being stuck in an ELO where ppl think KDA is a reflection of personal skill. What a laughable idea. So when I go 2 death after 25 minutes on a team with 28 deaths. And then I start racking up deaths. Somehow this is my fault? yeah I have no kills, may be 0/6. But read the whole KDA. 0/6/13. People want other people to i've them kills, but show no appreciation for those that actually work toward assists.
silver/low gold duos. IDC.
main tank jng. I don't die. I feed allies not enemies.
Having a hard time keeping up to how fast my allies feed. I can't tank in this elo, the power curve comes too late to compensate for this level of feed. Disgusting.
When you ahve 4 allies to rely on to help you. STOP PUTTING YOURSELF IN DANGER AND DYING!!
Why is this hard?
