Silver fill main looking for people to queue with.

Title. I'm just tired of queuing and finding out that my team hardly even knows how to play the game, much less win a match. So, I'm looking for competent people to queue with that have the potential to reach gold or higher. I'm a fill main, so I'm fine playing any role, but I'd rather not play the same role every game, so it'd be nice to have more flexible people.

Anyway, I have Curse and Skype (though I'd rather use Curse), and I don't rage too terribly much.
