Looking for a club/group for ranked premades.

I'm sick of this shit. Either my teammate just flame each other until we lose or the enemy has premades that stomp me. Either way, if Riot will do nothing about this shitty system they've put in place I guess I'll just have to learn how to abuse it. I'm a jungle main but I can play support, top, and specific adcs. I was plat last season and now I'm finding it very difficult to climb out of even low gold. If anyone has a 4-man that could use a 5th at around the gold-plat mmr range, or if you are in a club that frequently forms such premades please add me and save me from this cesspool that is Dynamic Queue.
