Looking for 5v5 team

Ranked gold in 3v3, want to shoot for the same or higher in 5's this next season. I live on the east coast, and play almost everynight. I can fill any roll, but where i really shine is top lane. My champ pool is ordered by my skill level with them played. although i am ranked bronze for this season in 5's, when i play with my friends i am often put up against plat level players. And i still either hold more own or wreck....
