Need a gold Duo Partner

Since entering gold I have had the worse losing streek from quite honestly terrible luck, i'm not a bad player even in games i lose i mantain a good kda. I can play mid and jg, i just need a good duo quer who is willing to hyper climb to plat with me and can mantain a calm profesional mind set.
