Gold II looking for a coach; someone experienced enough to find my flaws and tell me how to fix what I'm doing wrong. I know I make a lot of mistakes, if I didn't then I would be in a higher tier (I believe strongly in personal responsibility). I try to analyze myself and fix my own flaws, but I know that I am not able to properly fix what I am not watching. I am looking for a coach who can find my strengths and weaknesses, someone who can help me strengthen my strengths and work on reducing my weaknesses/playing in a way that keeps them from being a problem.

I am serious, so I expect someone who can do the same. I can take criticism. If anybody is interested in helping coach me, in strengthening your leadership skills, then please contact me/reply to the thread. Thanks.
