[New Mode] chat free team builder

I suggest a new gameplay mode called chat-free. This mode will make all communication only through pings and emotes. Mostly, this mode would be a study in the effects of player teamwork, toxicity, enjoyment, and satisfaction when they are completely unable to communicate via typed chat. It should be a team-builder-based mode where champions and roles are picked ahead of time so that no communication is necessary in the pre/post-game lobbies, either.
