Like, its supposed to be random, but with rerolls it really isn't... so I don't use them. Anyone else?

I own every champ. Rerolling a shit champ has a pretty high chance of just rerolling another shit champ, so I don't bother unless my champ is shit and my entire team comp is completely useless.
