A Bright, New Teambuilder! [An end to all our troubles]

This is where I personally, would like to see teambuilder at in a year or so:

Create a Lobby:

• Lobby Leader can invite friends, can search for more players (where teambuilder is at now)

• Lobby Leader can stop the search for more players to invite friends who want to join (This makes it so people don't have to disband and remake a lobby to play with their friends that weren't around 5 minutes ago when you invited them)

• Lobby Leader can stop search and give invite powers to other players who have joined, so that those players can invite friends   . Join a Lobby:

• Players can pick their role, lane, and champion and queue for a lobby (where teambuilder is at now)

• Players can pick 'fill' as their role and queue up for a lobby without a picked champion. Once they get into lobby, then they pick their champion according to the role they were placed in (Because some players just want to play, they don't care where they go, and that helps fill up lobbys and get summoners onto the rift faster)

Other Tweaks:

I have mentioned in another thread I created, that players seem to join and leave lobbys way too fast. Soo...

• There should be a 10-30 second wait period before someone who has recently joined a lobby can click the 'Find Another Group' Button

Sometimes it seems like that 5th role is never going to be found. Often enough, players in the lobby say "tartar sauce, I'd go that role if I could switch", but we can't once the search has started. Soo...

• In addition to lobby leaders being able to stop the search for other teammates, once stopped, players should be given the opportunity to switch roles and champions

These currently the only changes I feel teambuilder should have modified. All of them together would turn teambuilder into the most fluid player-friendly game-mode ever created. Perhaps that exists only in our dreams. For now, we wait...(for a support)...(or a jungle)...(but never a top lane)...(no no, never a top lane)...for change.
