There should be a ping tab where you can chose between 4 pings with custom words, symbols, and sounds. You could switch between pre-made "Ping Sets" in the options menu.
This allows for quick messages like "Wait to gank", "The whole team is here", or "CC this champ".
This could also be used for funny stuff of course, such as pinging "Rekt" over an enemy after killing them.

Big Bang Bob1 votesThere could be a way to mute custom pings. The game could sense the spamming and display a button to allow you to quickly mute them without having to find a "safe" place to do so.
