"Hyothetical" URF mode w/ 100% CDR

This is hypothetical, but which champion/champions would be GOD-tier?

My picks: Ashe and Gangplank would probably be GOD-tier because:

Ashe can just perma-ult and perma-stun...
GP can't be perma-CCed because of oranges, and he can perma-ult (GP will force every enemy to stay in base....)

^Ashe and GP would just force the enemy team to stay in the fountain....

What are your picks for GOD-tier?

80% CDR was more than enough to show that a mass majority of the champion pool was simply broken.

Zed 80%CDR > entire teams.

iirc, urf mode already reduced the effects of cc by like 35% or so, since they were aware being chain-cc'd would be anti-fun

Nothing beats kartus afther 6... stay base for inf mana/healt ult,ult,ult,ult,ult even without anny ap u stil win lol if u somehow manage to die doesnt matter justnkeep on ulting maybe something wich becomes untargeteble like fiora ?can keep on moving while being untargeteble

Have to also remember that URF mode's CDR also effected items.

Banshee's Vail 100% CD. Any champion that requires abilities is useless.

Jax is also a good choice as he can spam jump you and reset his AA as fast as he can press the button.

Kart can be annywhere... yet hit everyone

soraka heal brings her hp down ashe has a hitbox kart can be at the spawn sure but he could also be at a tower

Kart would stil win :p besides kart can have a team mate block the stun

Tryndamere Kayle Press R every couple of seconds, Karthus' ult doesn't matter.

Have Olaf run in front of Kayle , olaf hitting R every couple of seconds and kayle perma-ulting both olaf and herself.

Hell, time to pull out all the stops.

Kayle and Morgana . Kayle perma ults herself and morgana, Morgana perma-black shields herself and Kayle. You have two invincible, unstunnable champions. Three's company with Olaf. Karthus, Ashe, Zed, can spam all they want, nothing will be able to stop the angel sisters combo from simply backdooring every single tower, inhibitor, and the nexus. They'll kill you too if you don't have healing or your own invincibility. Isn't teamwork great?
