Urf Mode Tier List?

URF is coming back (presumably next month).

Let's assume that Riot brings back un-tweaked/original URF.

The following is [my] tier list of URF mode.

God Tier (ROFL-CHEESECAKE Banned Tier): refer to the list of banned champions from Riot (including Ryze and Kassadin)

Tier 1 (Extremely-Annoying Tier/Hard-to-deal-with Tier):

10. Shaco (RIP DFG, but he's extremely annoying...)

Every traditional-ADC champion that relies on outplays and auto attacks (like Vayne) Note: ADC casters like Corki and Graves could be in Tier 2 or Tier 3 since they can spam really annoying spells --- Missiles and Smokescreens...also, Jinx can be really annoying at times; could be in Tier 2 or Tier 3)

Note: I am not ranking champions by how 'strong' they are in URF, per se. I am merely ranking them in terms of 'annoying-ness'. That is what each 'Tier' represents.

Any comments on this list, or any "discrepancies", if you will? I'm open to suggestions or criticisms and comments.
