Will Ryze be disabled on URF again?
He hasn't been "reworked", so will he be disabled? Same with Kassadin (shorter ult range compared to last year's, but that mobility is still insane)?

more than likely unless they changed something about Urf because he could just one shot everyone since his spells all scale off of mana!
