Will Ryze be disabled on URF again?
He hasn't been "reworked", so will he be disabled? Same with Kassadin (shorter ult range compared to last year's, but that mobility is still insane)?

All Day Tay Tay2 voteshis individual spell damage didnt go up. his spells use max mana, which didnt change during urf. the problem was his passive. with 80%CDR, he had essentially 0 second cooldowns, and so his root was infinite duration and he had almost zero counterplay
