Can you put a change in custom matches

i want to do a Predator verses human thing with some buddies...

here is what i need.. the ability to repeat a pick of champ but not 1 for all style..

i want to do a 5 vs

is there any way that riot could release some of the restriction on custom game just saying.. if you dont want a sandbox. can you atleast let the people have some random fun in customs?

and between me and you Riot.. this will break up the stale moments in the game when people can decompress in a custom instead of always fighting .. like seriously random fun.

i havent played a custom in awhile from the last time i played hide and seek.. but this would be awesome...
