Buy-able Map Textures?

While playing summoner's rift I got a phenomenal idea, adding buy-able redesigned maps. For example, the summoner's rift gets more and more boring as you play it more and more, how about a new look? How about an underworld theme, where minions are skeletons and monsters are other creatures of the underworld along with scorched land? The map could be totally transformed and completely redesigned with multiple new buy-able themes to improve the summoner's experience with new unique looks to the rift. How about a king themed rift where the earth is of gold and the creatures are all royal? What about an Atlantis with URF the Manatee Baron, fishy/scuba diving creeps? The possibilities are endless, leave your thoughts!
