Remove blind pick, and force players into Teambuilder

Hey guys, before you downvote me to hell for this kind of post, let me explain.

I've had to grit my teeth and play through a couple games now in a row where I called a role, and someone would instalock it away from you. Sure, it sucks, but you'll just say "tough it out, ya' wuss." I can do that a couple times, but it gets out of hand at one point.

The main pro for playing blind pick over teambuilder is to reduce queue timers.

What I'm saying is to remove the normal blind pick queues, and force players into the teambuilder queue. Not only will this make players get the role they want to play way more often, but it will fix the problem of long queue timers on teambuilder. 2 birds, 1 stone right?

Make sure to leave your opinion, if you don't like the idea tell me why and don't just downvote. I'm honestly sick of having to either dodge or play out a game I really hate to play due to some 12 year old douchebag who couldn't handle the idea of playing support.

I don't know about you guys, but I'd be willing to wait an extra minute to negate the chances of playing a 20-40 minute game that I really hate playing.

Then someone could assign preferable roles, like "Mid / ADC / Jungle," and when the queue gives you a "Match Found!" it can say "You are a Jungler!" or "You are a Marksman" in the little menu it gives you where you click yes or no. Really similar concept, but it allows for a little more wiggle room when queuing in teambuilder, and will be certain to reduce queue timers as well.

one problem with this is there is no Fill mechanic in TB solo queue. Sure u can see supposedly what roles/lanes people are currently looking for, but what if you want to pick a champ that fits the team being built?

Until you can solo queue in TB soley as a role and not the super specifics, i doubt they'd remove Blind pick in favor for TB.

If you don't like the idea, at least articulate why. Honestly, if the community was open to this change, I could see it working wonderfully.

OOOOOOOOOOH... LOVE THIS IDEA! blind is where most people go, with already having an idea what they wanna do, some people atuolock to get what they want.

Cut the blind, make the only other option to be teambuilder.... Omg that would solve so many problems...

Teambuilder would have to have a "fill" option though, and sort you where you are needed.

I personally just prefer blind pick to team builder.

I wanna play certain champions and teambuilder runs the risk of banning them at the start, and people bitching about the meta when I choose what I wanna play.

With blind pick people don't complain as often when I ignore Meta.

its not the 12 year old refusing to support that is the problem, its the 8 year old that needs someone to babysit him while playing the game (adc) which is the problem.
