Riot will push that chapter aside and save it for next year's bligewater event, meanwhile, we'll be getting a backstory of this new champion, his relation with the Noxians! maybe someone was killed in Noxus and this guy appeared from nowhere and revived that person, now he/she made a deal with the noxians!
