Can we have an actual, real solo queue?

not boost a friend queue, which is all the current solo queue is

it would be nice to see people's real rank more often, rather than just who has a diamond friend with a smurf that can get them into gold for end of the season rewards

It definitely wouldn't fix the extreme balance problems with ranked(delete hidden MMR to balance that in one easy step) but it would be a lot better than the current system..
