Team builder isn't very fun
Spending 10-20 minutes in queue because there isn't an ADC, a support, and/or a jungler available isn't very fun. And I'm usually the jungler...

You're better off going into Team Builder with a group of friends or joining someone else's game. Worse comes to worse, just jump from one group to the next until you find one that is filled or almost filled.
I just wish for a special game mode they would remove blind pick - just for a few days - so that people could see the potential of team builder. Queue times would be just as short, if not shorter than BP right now and it would give everyone the role they wanted instead of dealing with auto locking trolls
