Team builder isn't very fun

Spending 10-20 minutes in queue because there isn't an ADC, a support, and/or a jungler available isn't very fun. And I'm usually the jungler...

You're better off going into Team Builder with a group of friends or joining someone else's game. Worse comes to worse, just jump from one group to the next until you find one that is filled or almost filled.

That's the problem with teambuilder IMO. People jump too much because they want a team now but are creating problems for everyone because of it.

Actually, jumpers often solve issues. I've done some coding and this is one of those scenarios where if anything changes, it resets itself. Think of what happens when there are a ton of people trying to log into the server. It creates a list and everyone goes through it. I'm thinking that a lot of Team Builder matches go through the same process but slip through that list. Once someone leaves, it is put back on the list at a priority.

I've seen 30 minute team builder matches and thirty second ones. It has to be the coding because there actually are plenty of each class available.

I just wish for a special game mode they would remove blind pick - just for a few days - so that people could see the potential of team builder. Queue times would be just as short, if not shorter than BP right now and it would give everyone the role they wanted instead of dealing with auto locking trolls
