Would more minions improve ARAM?

Maybe if the nexus deployed 2 parallel waves of minions or just a larger number of minions in each wave, champions whose abilities often get fouled by enemy minions in SR (Blitzcrank, Morgana, etc.) would be at less of an advantage? Maybe there'd be more mayhem in general?
