As it's not an actual intentional cheat, but just abusing a bug, it shouldn't be banned necessarily, especially since they have never said NOT to.

Do I think it's cheap? yes. Do I think it needs fixing ASAP? yes.

Do I think people should be banned for using a bug? No, not really.

Half of proper Rengar play for years was exploiting bugs, remember triple q?

can't rightly ban someone for doing something that riot put in their game, that would be similar to saying people should be banned for using health pots because it gives you back health and it's an exploit.

or banning people for soloing dragon lvl2 with pantheon/kalista
