Azir's Sand Soldiers are only lasting 6 seconds in Dominion, not 9 seconds
Intended? Because if so, the tooltip is bugged.

darkdill1 votesNote that I think it's just at level 1 that Arise! doesn't have the intended duration. Haven't tested thoroughly, but after you put a point into Arise past level 1, it returns to full duration.
darkdill1 votesConfirmed. If you put a point into Arise! past level 1, the soldiers go back to 9 second duration. Seems the initial point that is forced on the player is screwed up.
