Actually with the current jungle meta, they are both very highly banned. Panth is banned in almost every game I see, and j4 is banned like half the time as well.
And the point of the post isn't if it's worth it or not, because when you and your team are already having problems, and purposely messing up your team, your chances of winning are drastically lowered. So you're already at a disadvantage(something that even RIOT says in the tips in loading screen)
And I understand it could be used to avoid a hard counter picked game, that's why I suggested a limit of 1 per week. Then after that 1 allotted dodge, you lose LP for dodging.
- Don't ever tell someone who to NOT ban. Just don't, general rule of thumb. The odds of someone at any ELO banning either of those champions is low enough not to mention it. And sure, what he did was childish. Was it worth the 5 or so LP that could have turned out to be a win? Nope. And about that feature. Eh? I wouldn't mind it. I'd rather it be a team vote thing that if 3-4 people on the team decided they didn't want to to play than the team would be disbanded. The only problem is people using this feature or that feature to avoid games where their team got hard counterpicked...kinda removed the point of ranked draft while you're at it. Just my opinion.
Also having it be a 2-3 vote to do that, wouldn't work. For example, the guy that did it to me, was in duo with somebody. So him and his friend would have both voted no. so if they use the same system as a surrender vote, it already makes it impossible. Not to mention the time that it would take to start/cast the vote. Which would either have to pause the selection process, which if it failed would tell the enemy that you're already having problems. Or would have to have addition time added, or just have the normal time, and hope people can do it fast. That's why i think it should be a singular decision, not a group. Because a lot of times when people troll like that, they are in duo with somebody, because they think it's funny.
