More options for custom games

I love custom games, i find them incredibly useful to test builds and etc. But I would somewhat like if they were more y'know... custom.

First off I think they would be so much better for trying out champions if they would give access to the whole champion pool so you wouldn't have to wait for their free month to roll around. Allowing players to try out new champions or see if they would be interested in one of the other champions that are out there without having to pay for them.

Also I think it would be great if you could play all the previous game modes that were released like one for all, urf, doom bots etc, not only would this be great for playing with friends, it would also get all those people who want URF off your backs (I'm sure they'd find something else to complain about though).

Also a cheat option, if toggled would allow you to edit your stats, give yourself gold, reduce cooldowns insanely (past the 40% mark), instantly reduce baron/dragon/buff cd, etc. This would have many benefits, just for having insane amounts of fun with 5.0 attack speed or just seeing what could be done without the limits of items.

And a few bot customization options, maybe a stat editor for them, or the option to selectively turn them into doom bots rather then them all being doom bots, just to add some difficulty or whatever you would want.
