Soraka in ARAM: What needs to be said?
Halved healing on ally? Basically eliminates her one purpose since two of her abilities are basically wrecked.
Is there any possibility of her getting compensatory changes in ARAM, or is that a no-no?

Just build AP on her in ARAM and you do ridiculous damage. D: I run in, Q-bomb with a maxed W and just laugh maniacally as I never die. (Until I want items.)
