Anything could be done around BOTS AVALANCHE in normal games?

Seriously im asking you riot, because there is not even a single report option for bot reporting, not even option to report it at the support, and bots are playing over and over, making this game unplayable for the dominion players, for the newbie player (1-30) and 3vs3 players. There is insane bot influence last time, especially on the EUW and EUNE, making matches and the whole game literally coop, and this all on the NORMAL games.

People turning on their bots, setting them up to play automatically for them, feeding and destroying games over over and over, farming IP for selling purposes and you riot DONT GIVE A SINGLE FUCK ABOUT THIS for months. This game is already so fucked up by those bots, the only playable modes in this fucking game are SR normal at over 30 lvl and ranked games, nothing else. Even aram has bots, dominion, 3v3 and low lvl games are filled with them and they are going to be more and more of bots playing. How the hell does this game could attract new people when there are more so many bots destroying games? My god, it is so obvious and easy to recognize bots even fore newbies, and how should those people think about the whole game and company, who made it? Do you want a prove? Play dominion few games and you will experience by yourself bots in the game, there is 100% possibility you will meet one in at least 2 games played. This is how the LoL is already blendered by botters and Riot doesnt even care.
