No. I'm glad they changed it. It still gives unecessary gap closer to champions that already have it, but at least it's less spamy now I still wish they'd allow it only on champions with no gap closers or dash. Would make a lot more fair since those are the ones that really needed an extra help not champs like Amumu, Poppy, Kata and so on.
