Seriously. This bot problem have being going on since last season. Why would you not do something about that before updating the map? No one is going to play it if it's full of bots. I just left a game where both of my teammates were bots, they're literally giving free kills. Can someone do something about the bots For once?

Quite aside from that, do you have any useful ideas to contribute for automatically detecting bots? Because that's where the problem is, filtering out the bots without any false positives.

That's why I'm asking why would they update it before fixing that problem

If some people aren't able to connect to the game, should that prevent balance changes from happening in the meantime? No, they're being managed by two teams working on different time tables to over come different problems.
Similarly, an issue with detecting bots should not prevent the Gameplay and Balance team from updating the map as they need to. You don't leave these things in an "all the way broken" state until you can get it "all the way fixed", you work on it piece by piece.

DrCyanide1 votesIf they were worried about getting people to play on it they would have put out Hexakill after the update, not before. No amount of bot clearing would increase the amount of players on the map as much as Hexakill.
Have you ever done anything with software development? This kind of thing is normal, and you're acting like it's strange and bazaar.
SKOBODO1 votesThis is mainly an NA issue. If EUW or EUNE or some other region had this issue, would you still argue that the update should be postponed?
With that being said, I do think they should do something about the bots on NA, but I doubt it's the same team dealing with bots anyway. Maybe you could premade and stomp bots until you get high enough MMR to not face bots anymore?
