Dominion Bots/Scripts out of hand

Simple. There is an insane amount of bots/scripts in Dominion games. They have an easy pattern to follow. Usually no kills, lots of deaths, and the lowest score on the team. Why is nothing being done about this?

Out of the last 5 games I've played, like 3 of them had bots. The last game I played there was one bot on each team. The game before that, the enemy team had like 2 bots. It's ridiculous. And it ruins the game mode. On top of that all, there is no report option for an offense of this nature. Does Riot even have any plans to deal with this issue? It's funny. The started popping up in bots games, then they became more and more common, and now they are in plenty of PVP games. Come on Riot....
