I'd just like to commend the game modes team. Ascension is a blast and truly feels like a well thought out mode. It combines more of a brawler esque team action game with some subtle yet complex strategy. I love the cat and mouse of both relic and ascended battles. It is a shame that this mode will go away. It has all the action you could hope for as well as a pick and ban phase. Just a lot of fun, and I hope to see continued efforts such as this.

12tales1 votesAgreed. I just wish that people would stop picking Heimerdinger/Shaco/Teemo and AFK camping the bottom relic. Whether or not they win, it leaves a sour taste in everyone's mouth.
I guess that's why we have bans, but some team captains seem determined to experience it first hand.
Balistyc1 votesRiot should learn that people hate the first 5 minutes of slow leveling in SR and ascension jumps straight into action and strategy. It was a great design and they should bring it back permanently to compensate for the longer game types. Great job Riot! Please bring it back.
