New Game Mode: Sparring Grounds

I would pay RITO $100 right now to be able to play this mode. It's simple.

OPTION1:

Custom > Sparring > 1v1

Picks/Bans No bans. Each player picks a champion. Both players AGREE on a starting level and gold number!

Map It's empty. Literally. Just your shop and a long isle like ARAM. No minions. No turrets. No nexus.

Gameplay This is for people who want to "get better at late game Ezreal vs Vayne" or "Improve at Nasus vs Ryze early game". You just buy items and level up based on your earlier choices. When you both have had enough either player can click "Exit". The game immediately ends.

Pro for RITO Extremely easy to code. Like ridiculously easy.

Pro for us We can actually test champ vs champ for only 5 minutes with a friend! No minions, turrets, or early levels if you choose!

OPTION2:

Have a sparring grounds LOCAL on our machine. We don't have to load anything. We can summon ANY champion in the game and have minion waves come at us so we can test champion mechanics.
