A quick question about the new rift.

Will the new summoner's rift fix the sight reduction that the purple team presents? Because I can't play with an unlocked camera to save my life, and I am sick of having an unfair sight disadvantage. Especially in bottom lane! So far everyone I've talked to agrees with me, and it's an issue that has been left unchecked ever since the first release of this game.
