True Vision Mode
A game mode where everyone has true vision the entire game.

Or, shaco and teemo's cloaks could be nerfed to eve levels and just show up when near by.
Champs bent over by this: Akali, Evelynn, Kha'Zix, LeBlanc, Rengar, Shaco, Talon, Teemo, Twitch, Vayne, Wukong.
Great, so if I see someone I hate on my team in that mode, I would just pick Eve, Twitch and Shaco and type "gg fellas" in chat.
Maybe everyone has vision of the entire map? But not true vision?
