The range is halved for AoE buffs. Healing buffs, revives, invisibility, invincibility, auto-attack modifiers (Could you imagine 
?), buff fields, and perma-buffs (like from leveling certain skills or devourer) are unaffected.
All Debuffs affect enemy targets within 1100 units of the first target hit for half the time (30% of the time for CC).
The range is halved for AoE debuffs and DoT effects, delayed damage effects, debuff fields, pulls, and self applied debuffs are unaffected.
Other rules:
Added resources appear numerically above your abilities.
's passive transformation just gives you the stats.
