If one player is in a custom map, he should have the ability to spawn minion before waiting 1:30....

Its hard when your practicing pre-3 minute csing, and you only get in about 6 solid minutes of csing wile you have to wait 4 minutes for champ select time and 1:30

Add an option for pre-mature minion spawn. ;)
