Cassiopeia's new passive is unrealistic to max out in Dominion

Given that the passive takes an exceptionally long time to max out, and doesn't give you extra stacks for poisoning multiple Champions at once, I find that in Dominion the only way to reach 400 stacks is to... actually, there's no way.

Can you give Cassiopeia Dom-specific changes so she can realistically max out her passive? Maybe a lower stack requirement?

That sounds like a reasonable change to make for Cass. I'd imagine, however, that they want to make sure that the changes they've made for her actually do what they intended to do with her before they start tweaking her balance per map.
