A Better Nemesis Draft
So as we have all seen, and most of us have experienced, the pain in the ass that has been Nemesis Draft i thought i'd post a few things i thought would improve the game mode over all.
Right now there are plenty of people having fun in the mode (i'd assume), but many of us have gotten constant dodgers, and just toxic players as a result of the drafting process and mode over all. People do not like they bans, they flame. People think you picked a champion that was "too good" for the other team, they flame. People think your team just got really bad champions, they flame. Its super fun, because you only get to even see these things if you can get a game...which takes 5-10 minutes if not longer.
While i do not complain about any champion, since ALL champions can be played and used effectively, this is not common consensus. What is however is that Nemesis draft as it is is just a normal summoner's rift game where everyone is playing a "bad" champion. What we should do to make this mode something that people actually want to play is add back some aspects of the game that are lost when we go from "good" champions to "bad" champions.
What we have with a normal meta team comp: Decent/good wave clear, a jungle with decent clear speed, a duo bot lane that is either poke/burst/sustain based, and perhaps a tank or carry in the top lane. With these Nemesis team comps: Stuff.
While part of the game mode is giving your enemy a team that has more weaknesses than strengths this means your team is usually weak as well. However, one of the great things about league is that any champion can be played AD, any champion can be a decent tank, and any champion can be played in a way that they can have a great impact on the game. Why? Because mother fucking items.
I wrote all this just to propose that something (clearly to be decided by someone on a balance team) like the following: Increased Gold Income Increased Gold from minions, camps and towers (or just minions) Perhaps a higher starting level
Not all of these, but i think that any of these could be added to make the game mode a bit more fun. Sure, taric isn't that fun at level 2, but once he has a few items he is a lot more fun to play. This also helps to even out some of the champions that have horribly small mana pools but are forced to go mid because of their team comps.
Pros: More money More Items More fighting since people will think they are stronger than they are You can reward people who are good at CSing even with "bad" champions Games will be faster and hopefully more exciting May add more things to consider when picking teams

SOOOO yea, just an idea.
TLDR: Consider some passive gold income changes on the maps so that games are more exciting than 10 people who each only have 1 item at 15 minutes.
