No, you get 1 every 5 minutes, and then extra ones from killing/getting an assist, killing epic monsters, and killing large monsters in the enemy jungle

but you need to use them to increase the score, and you can only use a multiple of 5 at a time >-<

huh, yeah that weird. I thought it was just collecting them (I went for the Graves/TF path)
