Which Champions would you like to FORBID on Ascension?

Note that I don't mean just banning them; I mean disabling them entirely.

My first pick is Teemo. Mines everywhere, and you can't get vision to counter him practically due to the "limited gold" part. Buying Oracles is shooting yourself in the foot because of how frequent dying is. Bottom line: Poor/limited counterplay.

The second is Master Yi. If he gets Ascended, he is IMPOSSIBLE to beat because of the cooldown reduction to Meditate, even if the healing is halved. Between becoming untargetable, his own CD refresh, etc., he is INVINCIBLE when Ascended, especially if he has Cleanse/QSS/Tenacity.

Third is Poppy. If she gets Ascended, she can ult someone else and kill your entire team before it times out. WOW. Permaban, please.

Akali. Half heals don't mean a thing when you have 120% spellvamp.

Shaco for similar reasons to Teemo, though ascension ruins half his skillset hilariously.

You'd have to forbid half the roster. Too many champions are reliant on a fall-back location in order not be utterly destroyed by even a small disadvantage. Even on Dominion those champions had an option in that regard. Here, they just get murdered from behind over and over again, assuming the enemy team knows what "behind" is.

i disagree with this idea conceptually and think no champion should be "FORBID"

The most disable worthy champions are probably Katarina, Master Yi, and Tristana. They all have resets, they all do crazy damage from mid-game on, and they all make great use of the Ascension buff.

Katarina and Yi in particular just make it impossible to ever go for the ascended buff. The threat of a Katarina E->Q->R right as you're finishing Xerath is too great for the team without her to ever attempt to kill the Ascended. Games with her involve quickly turn into just boring relic-fest.
