PDAR: Personal Draft All Random
An ARAM variation that allows you to ban 3 champions in your champion pool, and have the rest be random. It's not a new idea, I know, but I'm sure it's been considered a few times. Any thoughts?

You're on the right track, but a few things:
It's called a blacklist.
Owning all champs is still a hideously unfair disadvantage, and locking out 3 champs is nothing. It would make more sense to allow you to select 20-30% of your owned champions, or something like that.
You shouldn't get to block out any champs unless you own at least 50% of the entire roster.
There's zero reason to make this a separate queue.
