The new camps don't add a feral flare stack..?

EDIT: worst part - no patch notes.
There will be no feral flame in the preseason and season 5 so those camps do not know what a flare is.
We were told about the new dragon about 4 months ago.
We were told about new Baron about 4 months ago.
New river camp isn't in until the new jungle changes. New jungles clearly hasn't been put in since the flare was still in game and the buffs still spawned at 1:55.
The dragon still has qualities of OLD and NEW is the problem. The partial implementation wasn't communicated well enough. Where are the patch notes?
Four people from the enemy team started dragon. I stole if from over the wall. It said I got the kill, but was assisted from the enemy team.. We got gold, no magical dragon stack?
Dragon isn't giving a stack and no river camp is present because those are Preseason changes. They are currently in PBE.
Exactly.. no patch notes. And the OLD jungle items work in the NEW jungle. Its not COHESIVE. RIOT !!!!!!
