Different laws in different countries.
No I don't understand how it works and how they can advertise in the states, all I know is that everyone laughs at then on Facebook.

Every popular game has rip-off titles. League is no different. Different laws and the like can stop copyright takedowns unfortunately.
Dont worry. They changed overview to ocerview (unless I am seeing it wrong lol) so its all good.
Why would you not want to steal Taric?
