Kindred Quinn

Maybe Riot will get it right this time?

I will say I am happy to be getting some fantasy humanoid non-science-fiction champions. But if it's anything like Cho'Gal's duality from HotS Imma permaban on principal.

Shame that a lot of lost Kindred and Quinn/Valor potential will likely be used on this tho.

Yea it would piss me off if they actually get a Duo champion right this time and leave Kindred and Quinn the way they are

Gonna say it once and hopefully only once I am excited for the champion Literally only because im a support main. now allot of people are saying that this might be like Cho'gall from HOTS if that is the case IM GOING TO LOSE MY SHIT cause the last thing i want is to be attached to the person i hate the most.

I want a cool champion not a champion that gives me an extra burden cause i already have about 50 billion as a support.

i still think this will be a one person champion but lets just say I have a very negative attitude towards most things and am preparing for the worst. Either way the champion does look cool and seem to be an interesting concept.

It's Hawkman and Hawkgirl. You know, the characters who for some reason exist?

It has been a... rough breeding season for bird person.

I want them to have a joke along those lines. Rick and mory reference would be great.

So it looks like he is the support half and she the adc. He looks like a protector and she looks deadly.
Is this gonna be one champion [6300 IP, I guess] that can shape shift like Elise? Or do I need 12600 IP?

I've said this once, and I'll say this again, Kindred was never meant to be a Duo Champ, thematically, it makes no sense.

Kindred has always been about the difference between accepting your death, or running from it. Lamb is always first in this scenario, as it needs to be decided whether or not they will run or not. If they choose to run, then Lamb let's Wolf chase. You could never have Wolf be in control in terms of being a Duo. If Wolf was the dominating force in Kindred, then every death would be painful. Wolf WANTS to kill, peaceful or not, so if he's first, everyone dies a reluctant death, not an accepted death like Lamb.

Then there is the fact that Kindred, Wolf and Lamb, are polar opposites of each other. While Wolf is rash and impatient, Lamb is calm and patient. While Lamb is patient, she is the first to act, but Wolf is impatient and acts last. Following this idea, despite being the eager one, Wolf will always have to wait for Lamb to give him the go ahead, before he acts.

Wolf acting on his own, or acting first at all, makes no sense. He will always come behind Lamb, as Lamb is the controlling force to him, and his counterbalance. I think that people still remember too much of that popular DhaMa concept, and apply it unfairly to Kindred.

Hopefully they're a bit less pretentious than Kindred. They'll be anime porn magnets for sure so that's half the battle lost from the get go, but we'll see.

I will add ''Birdness'' to my every day vocabulary, if it was not already there.

fuck me I can't even bring myself to be interested in this. I thought it would at least be an actual god-damn phoenix and not an effeminate man

i don't even care anymore

I really hope you're right Mira. I really don't like the Cho'Gall concept much, and it would be wasted when we need a successful duo champ.

What is the cho'gal duality u speak of?

This looks really cool. Can't say that Kindred was meant to be a true duality champ, and I never knew what Quinn was like pre-rework.

I'm also glad we can get some more champs that are more in the fantasy genre than sci-fi, Cyborgs are cool and all, but they are a little harder to slip into League's looks without jumping some hoops story-wise.
