So with the new Warwick update his taunts to Jinx seem rather interesting "You were there" "Let me forget" Anybody have any idea what relationship these two have?

Any relationship between the two hasn't been explicitly stated.

But I'm just gonna leave this here...

But first, a new laboratory must be secured before locating the beast and starting the next phase. What was the word the subject said before it collapsed? A name perhaps? I’ll start there, and see where the search leads me.

Hmm...foster father maybe? Possible the caretaker of some lose children?

Perhaps Warwick is Vi and Jinx's father or caretaker? Making his taunt about VI's punching even more tragic because he was probably the teacher.

I hope I am right because that's my kind of tragedy!

Hey that's the thread of theory I've been following for about half a day now, and I really dig it despite how ridiculous it may sound on paper.

...Y'know what comes to mind now?

Camille -> "Ever wonder how you became an orphan?"

I can feel a big connecting element between all of this, but whether Warwick being a parental figure for Jinx and Vi is a part of that is uncertain to me. I can picture it though.

Warwick tries to do some good in Zaun, but in the end kills someone important. Camille ends up getting involved and Warwick is incarcerated, leaving the very, very young Vi and Jinx without him. He is eventually released, but abducted by Singed and transformed. Singed uses the name he spoke to track down Warwick after his escape, leading him to a young Jinx. Experimentation ensues, and from there I'm not sure how that would go.

A very murky and highly speculative trail of thought, so I'll be careful about investing to heavily in it. But damn do I like the possibilities there.

I thought something similar, after reading Warwick's bio and story I may think what is the connexion between them. Now we know Warwick was a gangster who tried to flee his past life, that may be the conexion with Camille, as a vigilante, she may had chased him in the past because of his crimes. I personally think Vi is the little girl from his flashback.

"Warwick struggled to recall a single memory from his past... All he could see was blood. But then he heard a little girl screaming. Screaming something he couldn’t understand. It sounded like a name. "

Warwick -D "The fear in your eyes...I've seen it before".

Maybe Indeed was warwick who killed Vi's parents, or maybe he was nearly to die and thats why he tried to redeem himself. But we cant be sure, because we dont know neather Warwick's real name nor the one who Vi was crying for.

" He’d already forgotten his. He sensed that was for the best."

But I think we can´t exclude Jinx to be the little girl. His taunts towards her references more this event. But this interaction is nor claire enough. But we can be sure she was there, but maybe Vi was there too, that would explain their conexion somehow.

But Camille interaction towards Vi still intrigues me. Im pretty sure warwick was involved there, but she was still too young to remember.

I think we'll have to wait fot Jinx bio's rework to learn more.

Hiya, read the reworked bio, so Warwick and Vi know each other from Vi's time as a gang leader because at that time Warwick was a bar owner who taught Vi how to fight, currently reading Caitlyn's lore to see what may have happened in the gap that Vi disappeared in before she became her ally and met Jinx again :) I wish a little more information from Ekko's bio would be given to help clarify his special interactions with them although I have a pretty good idea of what happened since they were all under Ekko's gang of Lost Children before Jinx and Vi and eventually the rest split off. I'd would really like to know what happened after they split, what did Ekko decide to do?

Also, Camille was as probably assumed, the one who killed Vi's parents and attacked Caityln's parents and probably dealt with Jinx in one way or another, I have to read a few more bios before I get a better picture of what's going on.

Mostly likely planting a seed for a future lore change or new champion. It's hard enough to add new lore, gotta put in connections whenever you can.

I think I Jinx was one of Singed's experiments and was there at least for part of the time Warwick was there.

Well, actually, Jaredan said a few months ago that if Jinx, Vi or Ekko were ever experimented on, they'd likely remember that. :P

What makes you think she doesn't remember? It's probably not something she wants to talk about very often so I wouldn't expect her to say anything about remembering it.

Heck it could explain why she hates getting bored. Cause when she's bored, her mind wanders more and she begins to think about the horrible experience of being a test subject. So to keep that from happening, she stays busy terrorizing Piltover.

You know what? You may be right.

It's just that there's something in Jaredan's words that seems like he's implying that they don't remember (so, they weren't experimented on).

I personally feel like your theory could make sense and it's a really cool and intriguing direction for Jinx as a character. I'm very interested in her upcoming bio anyways. Let's wait and see! :D

Yeah, I think a dark background for Jinx would be rather awesome (I'm a stickler for sad stories). This theory could also explain a few other things about Jinx. For instance, her pale skin, red eyes, psychotic nature and how she's able to run around with a rocket launcher and minigun all the time.

Basically, Singed could have been trying to make the perfect soldier out of someone otherwise unfit to be a soldier. So he made her stronger and tampered with her brain to give her the disciplined, killer mindset of a soldier. However this part failed and instead made her a childlike maniac. Some part of the experiment also would have had side effects that changed the color of her skin and eyes, while her hair is likely just dyed blue.

There's a Jinx short story coming out soon (along with Mundo) as you can see here. Those quotes could be hinting at something in the story, or maybe they're completely unrelated. Who knows!

Jinx's origin has always been kind of a mystery. Explaining a characters lunacy kinda takes the fun out of it.

But both her and Warwick clearly don't care for the overarching hierarchies of Piltover and Zaun.

Warwick might have run in similar circles to Jinx at different times of their lives. Maybe before she was full anarchist and when Warwick was a man trying to to do good in Zaun despite Zaun not at all being a place for good people.

I cannot say who exactly he is to Jinx but a clue may be the relationship he had with Vi. One of his special interactions to Vi "Who taught you how to punch?" Warwick was a bar owner who was more of a guardian for Vi who kept her in check and such as well as teaching her to fight with less recklessness. I'm sure this can tie into Jinx somehow if we think :/ I am currently reading Caitlyn's new lore.

Well caitlyn's lore was no help but that could be possible, have you read camille's lore? I honestly haven't yet but ik she has a connection between her and ekko and jinx and vi and ww so.
