A few questions,
Does Bard know all of the secrets of the universe?
"How we see bard isnt his true form" What is his true form? Soraka was a celestial, but now she is...well.. soraka...
Is bard the reason why Ao Shin isnt Released?
Will there ever be a champion that can Understand Bards language? (maybe like.. whenever bard taunts, you will be able to hear him with certain champion"
1: It's unlikely but he probably knows a good amount about how the universe works and how the different planes and realities interact with one another.
2: Bard's true form is basically stardust and light, so by saying "We haven't seen his true form" it's essentially saying we haven't seen him without his garments, which won't really happen because the nature of Bard's existence means he's practically invisible without clothes on.
3: There's no connection between Bard and Ao Shin's releases. Ao Shin hasn't got a kit yet, that's why he hasn't been released.
4: Champions and beings probably exist that understand Bard perfectly fine, but that doesn't mean we won't see more in the future. I'd recon Soraka can understand him alright, but something to keep in mind is that Bard's form of communication isn't completely unintelligeble' while the words don't make sense at a glance you'd garner the meaning if he was speaking directly too you.
1.I doubt that Bard is alknowing.He didn't go for the egg until its power was released,so I think he had no idea where it was until it was used.He is however most likely one of the most knowledgeable champs in the entire game and his wisdom is probably unmatched.
2.I think his true form is incomprehensible to us,so even if he appeared in it,we couldn't fully comprehend it.
3.No Ao shin is just afraid of all those mean dragonslayers
,heck even the dragons kill dragons
4.Everyone can understand bard.If bard wants you to understand him,then you'll understand him,even if he speaks in chimes.

4: I'm not a clairvoyant. Although, if that champion was released, it would have a funny interaction with Sona.
People say a lot of shit about Bard. All we know is that he is a "celestial being that travels throught realms beyong man's reach" - don't quote me on that though - in a hippy caravan. Doesn't say that he created anything.
I guess he guards important/powerful artifacts, and/or prevent the total anihilation of any realm/planet, but doesn't care about a specific 'side' (as you can see him leaving that village to burn along with it's inhabitants)
