Did we ever get a skin to commemorate the opening of the Japanese servers

{quoted}

In the past they released a skin solely in commemoration for the new region being available. But maybe they changed it for the Japanese servers

oh they don't do that anymore. All skins are available in all regions now.

Waring Kingdom skins were exclusive for Chinese servers for a month, the Korean Ahri skins too. But they all become available in all regions later on after complaints.
