The lore implied that it was a team from another world, then Janna was called to serve on Lux's team, so it wouldn't be any of League's characters.

Was it confirmed the world Janna's new time is Runeterra? I mean Runeterra might be "another land" or they could just be farther away from Runterra. Also, SG Urgot could happen. That little snipit doesn't mean its guaranteed to not happen, and I bet it will happen.

Janna's old team could work as an Outer Senshi homage, so she'd only need two teammates.

Obviously those two were Kassadin's daughter and Vi's sister and they died in the battle that killed Kog'Maw's daddy.

I feel Lissandra would more be the one who corrupted the others in the first place. She'd be a great stand in for Queen Beryl.

Same thing for Leblanc, IMO.

Eve also doesn't really fit Star Guardian material, but Syndra definitely does.
